Ethiopia Ayla bombe natural

Produced in the highlands of Bensa, Sudan’s, Ayla Bombe natural is an exceptional Ethiopian coffee sourced from approximately 600 smallholder farmers surrounding the village of Bombe. Grown at elevations ranging from 1,950 to 2,150 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from cool mountain temperatures, abundant rainfall, and rich soils that allow cherries to mature slowly and develop remarkable sweetness and complexity. The lot is processed at the Ayla washing station, near the Bonora river and the slopes of Durto Gerbamo mountain, one of the region’s most renowned coffee-producing areas.
